TSP refers to stores or other retail outlets that sign a contract with the acquirer to accept payment cards as a means of payment for the goods or services provided. Under the agreement, the acquirer places card acceptance equipment on the territory of the TSP, which includes POS terminals, routers, modems, imprinters, etc. The acquirer undertakes to accept transactions on payment cards from the installed equipment and to carry out further calculations on the performed operations, for which he receives a commission from the merchant for each performed operation.
